I’m here because I’ve been where you are.

I have spent multiple thousands of dollars and countless hours chasing down symptom after symptom, collecting diagnoses and earning my share of war wounds in the battle that is healing. I know what it’s like to just want to feel normal, and not knowing how.

I have tried almost every therapy out there. Some of them were so helpful, some not so much.

It wasn’t until I began to address my emotional and spiritual healing in earnest that I truly began to make actual progress. Measurable, observable progress that was evident to myself and those around me. I began to see healing not as some merry-go-round that you jump on and stay on for life, but as a wild and unpredictable journey of releasing old wounds, reclaiming my agency and my voice, and rediscovering my own calling and purpose in this earth.

It’s messy, and it can get worse before it gets better. But if you decide to embark on the journey, your body, mind and spirit will begin to shift toward more energy, clarity, integration and wholeness.

My healing practice is deeply rooted in Christian faith, guided by the belief that all true healing comes from Yahweh, who is the ultimate healer of body, soul and spirit. Drawing inspiration from the compassionate ministry of Jesus Christ, who healed not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually, my practice seeks to embody His example of unconditional love, grace, and restoration.

I believe that integrating holistic healing methods aligns profoundly with Christian teachings, recognizing that God created us as interconnected beings whose physical, emotional, and spiritual health are inseparable. By inviting God into the healing journey through prayer, scriptural wisdom, and reliance on the Holy Spirit's guidance, my practice remains centered in Christ.

Through this approach, I aim to provide a safe, nurturing space where individuals can experience true transformation, finding peace and wholeness in God's loving presence.
